Flexitarian, or almost vegetarian food

In the same sense lactovegetarianfamilies are manifested. They do not consume meat or animal products, with the exception of milk and its derivatives, such as cheese, butter or yogurt.
On the other hand, there is apivegetarianism. This type of vegetarian diet looks a lot like vegan, but they do consume honey. It is not consumed or eggs, no milk, but honey. Those who do not consume honey, more stringent vegans and crudivegans do not do so because they consider beekeeping as a form of animal exploitation.
Vegan and Crudivegan Families

Being a vegan, or raising in a vegan family involves not to consume any animal product or its derivatives, whether or not the animal has suffered to give rise to these products. Being vegan means not using wool, leather, or any product derived from animals.

This is the case of crudivegans, these in addition to not consuming any type of animal food, nor do they assume the consumption of cooked foods at a temperature above 40-48 ºC. The idea on which they are based is that cooking at these temperatures reduces the nutritional value of food, so raw foods are more beneficial to health.
Frugivorous or frutarian are those that consume only parts of plants that can be collected without damaging the plant itself, as is the case with fruits and seeds. This is a very strict and concrete vegetarian diet.
