  • Wash the zucchini and chop, first in half and then into thin slices.
  • In a microwave suitable container, place the zucchini with a splash of virgin olive oil. Cook about 8 minutes at maximum power.
  • Chop the onion very finely and sauté in a little olive oil .
  • Mix zucchini with onion and beaten eggs, add salt to taste.
  • Prepare a frying pan with bottom and a drizzle of olive oil, cook the omelet as usual.

  • 3 large zucchini
  • 2 potatoes

  • Wash and chop the zucchini, potatoes and leek.
  • Prepare a large casserole and add a splash of olive oil, bring to the fire and sauté the vegetables for a few minutes.
  • Add water to cover the vegetables and cook until tender, for about 15 minutes.
  • If the puree has too much water, remove a little and reserve if you need it.
  • Grate with the mixer and add the cheese in portion.

Baked chicken wings with sweet potato canes
